Climate Change in the World
Climate change is the continuous variation of the average weather conditions for a region
over a long period. Climate change is mainly characterized by increase in the temperatures in the
world leading to the development of other conditions (National geographic, 2015). Other effects
of climate change due to increase in the earth’s temperature include melting of arctic glaciers,
and increases precipitation leading to increase in water in the ocean and the consequent rise of
water levels.
